【摘要】基于我國(guó)檔案開放制度的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀及存在問題，文章提出在政府信息公開的背景下，應(yīng)建立檔案開放的導(dǎo)向機(jī)制、協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制、程序機(jī)制、激勵(lì)機(jī)制和監(jiān)督機(jī)制，以促進(jìn)我國(guó)檔案開放進(jìn)程。

Exploring on the System Improvement and Mechanism Construction of Archives Opening in China

Abstract: Based on the implementation status and existing problems of archives opening system in China, this paper puts forward the establishment of orientation mechanism, coordination mechanism, procedure mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism of archives opening under the background of government information disclosure, in order to facilitate the progress of archives opening in China.
